The Ghost of the Hooded Heifer was a large cow able to stand on its hind legs. It had sharp teeth, two big horns, black hooves, a blue mask and spandex outfit.

In his life, the Hooded Heifer was a wrestler for the Coolsville Wrestling Federation but was eventually kicked out due to his brutal wrestling moves and even bringing the audience into the ring. After he was fired he swore to get revenge on the federation.
