He resembled Theodore Roosevelt in his iconic "Rough Rider" uniform with a blue shirt, tan pants and jacket, and dark blue ascot. He also had a brown cowboy hat with a black stripe and round glasses.

The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries[]

The Ambassador and his wife used it to carry out spy missions at the White House. He only used it when Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby tried to escape the Ghost of Ulysses S. Grant. He was later caught while dressed as the Ghost of Abraham Lincoln while his wife was caught dressed as the Ghost of George Washington.
