The Ghost of Spooky-Doo was a robot operated by Wolf Whippet.
Physical appearance[]
It was made to resemble Spooky-Doo, a fully grown, brown-furred Great Dane. It looks very much like Scooby, but wears an opera cape and a top hat, as well as a dog collar with a dogtag that has the initial "D."

Scooby-Doo (Archie Comics)[]
Wolf wanted to dig up the Doo family jeweled bone in Doo Manor, so he used the robot to scare people away. Once it was free of Whippet's control it seemed to gain a life of its own and was happy to hang out with Scooby-Doo, who welcomed him like a member of the family. As Scooby said, he was still a Doo.
