The Ghost of Roger Richards was a projection created by Madame Clara Voyante, who was forced by Catwoman to do it so she could steal around Beach City.
Physical appearance[]
It was an apparition of the late husband of Dottie Richards, except with blank white eyes and is entirely different shades of green.
Personality[]
He was angered about being disturbed from his peaceful rest within the spirit world, and became very demanding that his wife would leave his watch alone so he could take it back, even if he had to attack her for it.
History[]
The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries (2022)[]
A day prior, Dottie went to visit Clara, a fortune teller that supposedly can get in touch with the spirit world, so she could have a chance to talk with him the following night.
However, when he did show up, he acted hostile and terrified his wife by attacking and chasing her down the hall, demanding her to stop touching his watch, as he wanted to take it back for himself. After Dottie was rescued by Batman, he went to check for the ghost, only to find him gone with zero traces.
It was speculated for awhile that it could've been his actual spirit demanding to be left in peace, but was really a projection Clara was forced to make by Catwoman in order to steal Roger's watch.
