Personality[]
He was desperate in wanting exhibits closed and didn't want the actual museum to be shut down for the sake of people's jobs.
History[]
The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries[]
The ghost of the main villain from Wilkie Collins's The Moonstone showed up during an interview with museum executive, Mr. Malone, who claims that he and the rest of his team were planning on closing the museum after a morning meeting. Much to the ghosts shock, he demands that they close the exhibit and not the museum entirely, just because so many workers will lose their jobs, but was soon surprised again when "Malone" and the rest of the crew were actually Batman and the rest of Mystery Inc. in disguise.

Guy Bakken unmasked.
Before he could leave, the Creeper, aka Jack Ryder, grabs him and unmasks the ghost as Guy Bakken. The former actor/real estate developer was a tour guide at the Gotham City Museum of Culture, and while studying on various museums, dressed as the ghosts of various villains in order to try getting the place to open up an exhibit about them.
