The Ghost of Dr. Coffin was the disguise of Officer Oldfield, who was impersonating the former doctor of Shady Sanitarium in Niagara Falls.

The Ghost of Dr. Coffin had pale skin and his sclera were green. He had no hair on his head. He wore an oversized laboratory shirt with tattered sleeves, a white brimless cap, and long, black rubber gloves.
