The Ghost Soldier was a hologram controlled by Colonel Golding.
Physical appearance[]
The ghost has the appearance of an adult man with gray hair, a large pointy nose and a thin black mustache. He wears a gray confederate uniform with a hat, a jacket with black belts and two front pockets, gray pants and black boots.
Personality[]
He is hostile and dangerous, appearing out of nowhere to reek havoc on soldiers and others by using electrokinesis (aka reflecting electricity) to shoot away anyone's weapons. He also appeared to be greedy as it was stated he'd been stealing gold from the vault.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
The ghost had (for whatever reason) been showing up in Fort Knox stealing gold bars from the vault and attacking soldiers and others.
It later showed up when scientist Colonel Golding and an unnamed soldier were explaining about the situation to the gang, the security system Golding was testing just penetrated off the ghost as it admitted it around themselves, shooting away weapons out of people's hands as it chased the gang down the hall. Eventually finding Shaggy and Scooby hiding behind a monitor set, but before it could do anything, it suddenly faded away.
After some clues were found, Velma went with an idea for catching the ghost, which was to get Golding to bring it back to the area with the gold bars. As the ghost appeared again and was surrounded by the electric current, it went after Fred who conveniently runs to a nearby switch, shutting off the power and making the ghost disappear.
As the obvious was turned out, Golding turned out to have been controlling the hologram of the ghost as it was mainly a test added to the security system of Fort Knox. Things were forgiven and he decided to reward the gang a gold bar.
