The Ghost Clown was the disguise of someone terrifying the employees of Sugarland.

Physical appearance[]

The Ghost Clown has a white face and hands, red hair and a pink nose. He wears a black hat with a pink puff on the top. His outfit consists of red coat and pants, with an orange collar and buttons.

History[]

Scooby-Doo! Who's Watching Who?[]

The Ghost Clown resembled the old "Candy Clown" symbol of Sugarland. He was scarring workers and sabotaging equipment. The Ghost Clown was first seen during a chase where he tried to attack both Scooby-Doo and Shaggy chased them throughout the factory. (PSP)[1] During Scooby's investigation of the factory he encountered the Ghost Clown. While he was chasing Scooby and Shaggy for the second time, he was trapped by being hit by a hammer, knocked over by barrels, and lowered into a vat of chocolate. (DS)[2] While he was chasing Scooby and Shaggy for the second time, he was trapped by someone throwing some blue balls at his feat causing him to stumble into a cotton candy cart, which rolled him into a open box.

Sylvester because the current factory wasn't making as much money as he wanted. Later, he signed a contract for a new factory, then used the Ghost Clown to make sure no one realized his real reasons for closing the factory. When Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. were tasked with solving the case, Mystery Inc. were able to catch him ending his greedy con.

Samson wanted to use the GSI: Ghost Scene Investigators program, to show how badly the workers of Sugarland were being treated. So he dressed up as the Ghost Clown, and began sabotaging the machinery to get their attention. When Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. were tasked with solving the case, Mystery Inc. was able to catch him in the act foiling his plans.

Mr.Jenkins, disliking the new 'artificial' ingredients in candy, he dressed up as the Candy Clown, Sugarland's old mascot, and tried to change the candy back to the old recipes, or sabotage the company if he failed. When Ghost Scene Investigators and Mystery Inc. were tasked with solving the case, Mystery Inc. were quickly able to figure out his and put an end to his scheme since he was the only person who had motive to replace the cheap ingredients with heathier ones.
