The Ghost Clown was the disguise of Harry the Hypnotist.
Physical appearance[]
The clown was a tall ghost with pale skin, red hair, a large pink nose and lips. He wore a black cone hat with an orange fluff ball, a large red jumpsuit with an orange collar, matching gloves and black shoes.
Personality[]
He's a freaky individual who's a bit sadistic, supernaturally breaking circus equipment during two performers stunts and hypnotizing members of the gang into doing dangerous circus acts that would cause some injuries.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! Mini Mysteries[]
The clown remained hidden before the gang's arrival, he had tormented two twins by "supernaturally" breaking their equipment during their performances, and even stole money from the office.
Scooby ended up running into the Ghost Clown after being frightened by Harry the Hypnotist's warning about it's hex, but before he could run the other way, he was hypnotized into performing the tightrope act. Which was stopped when Velma pulled out a box of Scooby Snacks to break him out of his trance.
Fred and Daphne later found the Ghost Clown and chased after him, until they were led into a trap when he hypnotized them into acting out as trapeze artists, with some of the swingable bars being loose, but they were saved in the nick of time by Velma and the others splashing them with water.
Harry the money stealer unmasked.
The clown later tried to make a run for it out of the big top with the stolen bag of money, but was caught hypnotizing himself when he tried to do it Shaggy and Velma thanks to a large mirror they hid behind. He was unmasked as Harry, the Hypnotist of the circus. All because he wanted to have enough to buy his own. He was later Incarcerated for his crimes and the money was returned.
