The ghost was the disguise of Joe.
Physical appearance[]
It wore a blueish-black robe over it's body with visible green skinned arms pointed out, and a droopy smiley face.
Personality[]
It was a spooky individual who attacks those who wonder the road to the Pizza Treasure Restaurant.
History[]
The ghost was mysteriously sighted haunted a road that lead to a restaurant the gang wanted to go visit. An old man tried to warn the gang away about it, but they if course returned back for an investigation.
Shaggy and Scooby had a quick encounter with the spooky ghost, and raced away to ironically arrive to the Pizza Treasure Restaurant. Velma discovers that the ghost dropped a cloth that looked similar to the one they went to earlier.
When the gang got back together and a trap was set after some snack bribing, the gluttonous cowards went out and wandered down the road, acting like they were going to visit the Pizza Treasure Restaurant. The ghost shows up and frightens them, and chases the two down the path.

Joe unmasked.
When they returned back to the rest of the gang, Shaggy tripped and bumped into Scooby, who in turn landed on top of the ghost, Fred unmasks the phony spirit and it turned out to be Joe, the nephew of restaurant owner, Vinny. He wanted people to come to his uncle's restaurant more than the other one across the spooky road, so he decided to scare them into not going, but after hearing about Shaggy and Fred's positive remarks on both places being great to visit for a double order, he couldn't care to agree more on the idea.
