The Ghost was a balloon from a parade in Paris, France.
Physical appearance[]
The ghost had the appearance of an adult woman with long black hair and blank green eyes. Wearing a blue shirt with a visible ghost tail, and is surrounded in a glowing yellow aura.
Personality[]
She was motionless and scary, floating around while making no movement or noise, but it turned out it was just a non hostile balloon.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
The ghost was spotted a day after the parade ended, as Cafe owner, Monsieur Bonnet saw it floating around the Eiffel Tower, and terrified the tourists into not going.
