The Ghost was the disguise of Pete.
Physical appearance[]
He resembles a large obese ghost with razor-sharp teeth, which is just a typical guy in a sheet.
Personality[]
The ghost didn't show any personality do to Pete being focused on trying to get Scooby away from his and the henchmen's hideout.
History[]
Scooby-Doo (Marvel Comics)[]
Pete discovered Scooby snooping around outdoors by him and his henchmen's hideout used for counterfeiting, and went to dress as a Ghost to give him a scare, thinking it'll be enough to get him away from the hideout.
As he made it closer to Scooby, the dog turns around and notices, but instead of running one way, he dived through the basement doors. Realizing that it'll lead to the hideout, Pete follows Scooby down the stairs and hallway, but crashes face first into a door with a movable top and bottom knocking himself out. With Scooby now discovering the counterfeiting operation.
His henchmen noticed Scooby and attempted to grab him, but in the process of doing it, Scooby crashes through and causes money to go everywhere and the two were piled on. The three were then taken to jail when the rest of the gang arrived with the authorities.
