Physical appearance[]
The garbage collector is an elderly man with balding white hair and a mustache. He wore a blue hat and puffy jacket, gray pants and black shoes.
Personality[]
He's a gruff guy who was busy with his job, but was also sick of collecting garbage and wanted to run a tree hotel, despite the rules saying that doing anything to the Redwood trees was illegal.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
The gang ran pass him while he was doing his job, as they were looking for Alan, the parks huntsman as they remembered him talking about a spirit in the trees.
The faulty hotel owner unmasked.
He just so happens to be the spirit after getting caught by complete irony. He was sick of his job and wanted to run a hotel in one of the redwood trees, and dressed up the Indian Spirit to scare away Alan and the other workers, he even used the collected garbage to dump it an unexpected wanderers before attacking and also kidnapped Fred when he was about to get tackled.
He was then arrested by Alan himself for the illegal damage to nature.
