A group of Pop!s were created for Warner Bros. 100th Anniversary, with Looney Tunes characters as members of Mystery Incorporated. The figures created were:

- Tazmanian Devil as Scooby-Doo
- Lola Bunny as Daphne Blake
- Tweety Bird as Velma Dinkley
A Pop! Ride with Bugs as Fred in the Mystery Machine was also created.
NFT[]

On March 29, 2022 Funko released its first series of Scooby-Doo NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). A total of 18,750 Standard Packs (including 5 NFTs) and 18,750 Premium Packs (including 15 NFTs) were minted. Priced at $9.99 and $29.99 respectively, they sold out in under 20 minutes.
The set includes 137 different NFTs each of which have between 1 and 7500 individually numbered "cards".[1]
Physical releases of figures were available for tokens, including the Black Knight, Puppet master, Phantom Virus, Headless Specter, Scooby-Doo (disguised), and Proto as Scooby-Doo. A second series featured Charlie the Robot, Ghost of Redbeard,, the Snow Ghost, Scooby-Doo (as a superhero), and Freddy Funko as Captain Cutler.
