Season Two[]

As they love fun houses, Scooby-Doo and Shaggy decide to go into this one as it's open and, since nobody appears to be working there, they can do so without paying. As soon as he starts walking in, Scooby is startled by the floor and leaps straight through the canopy overhead.

Inside, the two enjoy the silly fun house mirrors until Scooby is spooked by the Ghostly Strongman in one of them. At first Shaggy doesn't believe him, until he too is spooked by the ghost. The pair run into an apparent back room in the funhouse and barricade the door with furniture, with plans to bolt the back door shut. While preoccupied with their barricading however, the ghost snaps the bolt off the back door, leading the pair to decide to block it with a large dumbbell in the room instead. When they can't move the dumbbell with their combined strength, the ghost nudges Scooby aside and lifts the dumbbell, and Shaggy, into the air. Terrified, Scooby and Shaggy then proceed to run out the back entrance.

The fun house appears to be a relatively large building with a smiling face painted on the front, above a painted banner that says "Fun House." The entry has a blue canopy overtop a walkway that appears to blow air up at those who walk across it. Inside there is a room of mirrors and room with a back door that contained furniture and weight lifting gear.

Notes/Trivia[]

  • Later in the episode, Fred and Velma walk past a different building labeled "Fun House of Mirrors," meaning, for some reason, there is a second fun house at the carnival that also has mirrors.
