Frunză Mănescu was the director of the Society of Welcome and Love to Crabs.
Physical appearance[]
Frunză is a half heighted man with brown hair tied in a ponytail and a pointy black chin beard. He wore a purple shirt with pink flowers on it, yellow shorts and pink sandals.
Personality[]
He was very protective of the great crab migration and hates people touring the area to the point where he relentlessly goes to terrorize them in leaving threatening messages, or attacking them all together.

Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
He unexpectedly startled Velma, yelling at her to put down a crab she was holding because he saw her "disturbing it's migration". She apologized and puts it down telling him she just wanted to look at it, he then introduced himself and showed his business card that he arrived on the island to let people sign up to leave the crabs alone, which was what he started doing once he left them be.
The unmasked director.
He was later unmasked by the gang during some case involving a hostile Giant Crab, a disguise he wore to scare away tourist and a hotel manager away from the beaches of Christmas Island, because he sees them as horrible people disturbing the crab's home. He was given away earlier when Velma found a note the crab left, which was written the same way as his business card.
