Physical appearance[]
Frankie is a middle aged male with a bald head. He wore black sun glasses and a suit over a white shirt and tie, plus also having gold rings on his fingers.
Personality[]
He's a bit out of it and thinks the archeologist are being a bit crazy in excavating a monument that had a monster roaming around. But as it turned out, he didn't care for the place being ruined for adding in amusement park rides, even if it destroys the monument. Also caring for stuff nowadays rather than the past.

He met the gang along with Tariq when they arrived to Petras in Jordon. Tariq mentions them about a monster made of stone scaring away archeologists and excavators. Before Frankie takes over the conversation and tells them about how he thinks the archeologists are a bit crazy over things from the past and matters about what happens now, before heading off.
Frankie unmasked.
He was later unmasked as the monster, by scaring excavators and archeologists away so he could exchange in amusement park rides around the monument. Even though it would ruin it and bring it down to rubble thanks to his greed.
He was later incarcerated soon after.
