Frankenteen Senior is the father of Elsa Frankenteen.
Physical appearance[]
Frankenteen Senior has the appearance of a stereotypical Frankenstein's monster, though his skin has a flesh tone as opposed to green or blue like many common depictions.
Personality[]
Like the rest of the girls' fathers, he's rather personable, though he's also very protective of his daughter Elsa ("Elsa's my pride and joy! Don't let me down.").
History[]
Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School[]
He visited his daughter's boarding school and she gave him a "portable shockman" (a play on a walkman), with a rechargeable battery that lasts for weeks. He later attended the final celebration dance.

- There was also a Frankenstein in the following film, Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf, although there doesn't seem to be a connection between them.
- Frankenteen Senior's voice appears to be based on that of Boris Karloff, the actor who played Frankenstein's monster in the famous 1931 film.
