Frank is a middle-age man with black hair and a large mustache. He wore a tan collared shirt, shorts and brown shoes.
Personality[]
He was supposedly very busy, as he didn't have time to talk with anyone since he and his wife were going fishing. In reality, it was their attempt at hiding their greedy scheme on illegally trading rhinoceros horns.

Him and his wife, Sandra arrived in Kenya for another safari like they do every year, he didn't have enough time to talk with the gang when they arrived to the Soda Lake as he wanted to go fishing.
He was busy setting up their tent while Sandra was handing Daphne and Velma a bottle of vinegar, because of some strange purple foam they discovered earlier that looked like the lakes water, had a similar smell. Upon noticing what was happening, he told her to save some so they could marinate some fish they caught.

Frank unmasked.
He later got trapped in his own sleeping bag and was revealed he was responsible. Both him and his wife were secretly rhino poachers and had been illegally selling horns in the area. His wife would use sound some bells to give him the signal that Jim, the safari guide, had left the area and he would dress up as a Lake Demon to scare any remaining people away so he could go sneakily take rhinoceros horns to the camp and sell them later.
