The Teen Angels is the collective name for the three young women who solve mysteries with their mascot, Captain Caveman. They also joined the Scooby Doobies for the Laff-a-Lympics.

The Teen Angels and Captain Caveman attended the Mystery Solvers Club State Finals in Scooby-Doo's feverish dream.[2]

The Teen Angels also starred in their own show, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels, produced by Hanna-Barbera for ABC, wherein they thawed the Neanderthal out of a glacier and form his mystery-solving team, whose modus operandi is quite similar to Mystery Inc.
Trivia[]
- The Teen Angel characters appear to be a mashup of the 1976 action-comedy TV hit Charlie's Angels and the Archie Comics costars Josie and the Pussycats. Hanna-Barbera lost the rights to the latter, around the time that Laff-a-Lympics began development. Early storyboards include the Pussycats among the Scooby Doobies, suggesting that the Angels were created as an ad hoc replacement.
