Greer is an elderly, man with gray hair and wears glasses. He wore a blue suit, a light blue shirt, a brown bowtie and black shoes.
Personality[]
Greer appeared to the gang as friendly, but timid, as he is welcoming to the gang's arrival and happily gives them a tour through the manor. This lead to him being overlooked as a suspect.

Professor Greer unmasked.
When the gang arrives at Vulture's Claw Botanical Gardens, Professor Greer greets the gang and confirms Shaggy and Scooby’s sighting of the Mantis. After greeting the gang Greer proceeds to tour them around the garden’s manor, showing them a laboratory he found on the property, and a diary that was inside the library detailing the creation of the Mantis. Later after the discovery of Greer’s lab assistant who was in hiding, leading to Greer introducing him as Eric Arby. Professor Greer appears later tracking oily footsteps before fleeing. He was unmasked after being caught in a chandelier.

- He is probably allergic to flowers, as he sneezed from them when he was wearing his Mantis costume.
- He must be very fast, as he appeared as the Mantis in the hallway seconds after exiting in his normal attire.
- His height changes throughout the episode (from about 5 feet to about 7 feet).
