Farmer P. was the disguise of Neville Poppenbacher, to be more inconspicuous while he tried to steal Mr. B's popcorn-on-the-cob prototype invention on his farm. But this wasn't enough and also tried to frighten him off the land by dressing up as the Demon Farmer based on an old story.
Farmer P. was a middle aged Caucasian male who wore blue overalls over a grey shirt, and a brown hat with a black stripe.
He acts menacing, surprising the gang from suddenly appearing out of the cornfield, then acts polite in a creepy manner.
What's New, Scooby-Doo?
Neville used the alias "Farmer P." as a cover, while he dressed up as the Demon Farmer, the alleged ghost of Farmer T., to frighten everyone away & kidnap Mr. B's puppies so he could steal his popcorn-on-the-cob prototype & destroy it, so it wouldn't ruin his own popcorn company.
- Farmer P. is clearly short for Poppenbacher, something that could probably have been guessed the moment the Poppenbacher's Popcorn jar was discovered in the lab.
