Ester Moonkiller's guitar is a supposedly-cursed guitar sent to the Hex Girls by an anonymous fan.
Physical appearance[]
The guitar is a right-handed, six-stringed electric guitar, with a dark blue fret board, two pickups and a black batwing-shaped body. There are also two control dials on the body.
History[]
Early history[]
The guitar belonged to the late rock musician Ester Moonkiller. According to legend, Moonkiller received the guitar from demonic forces after selling her soul, but cursed the guitar after failing to become a famous musician. Supposedly, those who played the guitar would be fall victim to the curse.

Season one[]
As part of an elaborate scheme to sabotage the Hex Girls, fan club president Xander rigged the guitar with a small sound emitter that would manipulate the wielder's brainwaves. The guitar was then anonymously sent to the Hex Girls' mansion in Cincinnati, where the guitar affected the roadie, Tiny, inducing a psychotic state and causing him to jump out a window with the guitar. The Hex Girls retrieved the guitar after Tiny was captured by Mystery Inc. just before the band's concert. However, the guitar then affected the Hex Girls while it was played in the concert; this caused Thorn and Luna to destroy the stage and, later, change their personalities. Velma later reversed the effects of the guitar's "curse."
