The Tower of London was haunted by the headless ghost of an old queen and her army of floating heads.
A festival near Tintagel Castle was disrupt by the ghost of Merlin.
A sheep farmer was lacking animal stock when a ghost in the form of a dog scared them away into disappearing near Hadrian's Wall.
