The Emperor's Cup is a trophy awarded to the winning team of the Moscow Invitational Hockey Tournament.

Figure skater Galina Korzhakov wanted the priceless diamonds covering the Emperor's Cup, so she terrorized a hockey game disguised as the Frozen Fiend and stole it from its display case. However, she could not get the diamonds out of the stadium due to the tight security, forcing her to continue posing as the Frozen Fiend and scaring people away so she could hide the diamonds under the ice rink. She had a special dress made with fake diamonds, intending to switch them with the real diamonds so she could smuggle them out of the venue. She also tried to frame Brett Hull by allowing the police to find his uniform in close proximity to the trophy (without the diamonds). However, she was unmasked by Mystery Inc., and though she attempted to flee the crime scene with the diamonds, Mystery Inc. caught her hiding in a matryoshka doll.
