El Kabong is the masked hero disguise of Quick Draw McGraw.
Physical appearance[]
El Kabong looks exactly like Quick Draw McGraw, except instead of his normal sheriff's outfit, he wears a black tied cape, a black hat, and a black domino mask. He is armed with a guitar, which he uses to devastating effect on criminals (and if need be, allies).
Personality[]
El Kabong shares Quick Draw McGraw's sense of justice. However, El Kabong is a vigilante, taking action against villains that are beyond the reach of the law.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! Team-Up[]
When Quick Draw McGraw's clothes, gun, and badge are stolen by the Fastest Ghost in the West, he takes on his El Kabong persona in order to bring the ghost to justice. He teams up with Mystery Inc. for the purpose of tracking down the ghost, only to find that the ghost is Ricochet Rabbit, hypnotized by the Some-Trance Kid to steal on his behalf. El Kabong uses his guitar to "kabong" Richochet Rabbit and snap him out of the trance.
They eventually track the Some-Trance Kid to his lair, and El Kabong uses his guitar to awaken his allies when they get entranced, and eventually kabongs the Some-Trance Kid himself, allowing Ricochet Rabbit to arrest him. Among the stolen items is Quick Draw McGraw's equipment, which Kabong promises to "return to him."
