* History.

Dynomutt is the robotic/pet dog sidekick of costumed superhero Blue Falcon.

Physical appearance[]

He looks like a gray Doberman wearing a green cape and a mask.

Personality[]

Despite his best efforts to aid Blue Falcon, he can come off as more of a hindrance because he's a bit of a jokester, making quips and puns out of situations, and his frequently-malfunctioning gadgets make him quite foolish.

Powers and abilities[]

There is no limit to the attachments he can produce from his robotic body.

Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon[]

This movie presents everything in the Hanna-Barbera franchise outside of Scooby-Doo to be fictional. Dynomutt was redesigned to be a character portrayed by actor an unknown dog actor in the campy The Adventures of Blue Falcon. Years later, Hollywood rebooted this show as a dark and gritty movie with Dynomutt being a robotic dog. After the Mr. Hyde incident in the world premiere of the first film in comic con, the sequel Blue Falcon 2: The Return Begins Again retconned that the original Dynomutt was apparently Scooby-Doo.

Appearances in other media[]

He was the titular star of Dynomutt, Dog Wonder, which originally aired as the second part of The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour. Aside from the opening credits, the only interaction Dynomutt had with Scooby-Doo was in his own show with three crossover episodes similar to The New Scooby-Doo Movies. The Scooby-Doo Show was however kept separate. He was also adapted for the Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated universe, alongside the Blue Falcon.
