For The New Scooby-Doo Movies character, see Dryad (The Caped Crusader Caper).

The Dryad was the disguise of C.F. Fletcher, a wanted bank robber.

Physical appearance[]

The Dryad resembles a young woman with light green skin, yellow eyes with green sclera, pointy teeth, long green hair with leaves in it, leaf-tattoos under her eyes, sharp claw-like nails, and a pair of large antler-horns made of tree branches with small leaves at their ends.

She's dressed in a long short-sleeved dress seemingly made out of forest material, with the skirt, shoulder pads, bracelets and boots made out of green leafs of different shapes. The torso and sleeves were made out of light green and brown wood, while the the large open collar was made of dark green blades of grass.

C.F. Fletcher unmasked

C.F. Fletcher unmasked.

She was believed to be a protective spirit of Cooper's Wood, who only wanted to protect the forest. However, she proved to be aggressive and dangerous. She was first seen by the gang as she burned the Builder siblings' supplies and told them to leave. She was later seen walking around the woods with a metal detector, and was almost hit by the Mystery Machine when the gang was returning from getting more boxes for the siblings. She then eavesdropped on the gang and the siblings, hearing Billy say they should just give up and quit the show. She went searching the area around the siblings' box house, where her metal detector showed that there was buried metal. However, when she dug up the treasure, the gang, the siblings and ranger Stuart jumped her and unmasked her to reveal C.F. Fletcher, who was trying to recover the loot that she stole and hid in the forest 25 years prior.
