Double Trouble Date is the second part of the fifth episode of The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour, later repackaged as the second part of the fifth episode of the third season of Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (second series).
Premise[]
By mistake, Shaggy makes two dates for the same day, and since his one date Lucy, broke her glasses and can't see, Shaggy fixes her up with his "cousin" Scooby. When Lucy's brother, Moose, notices his sister with a dog, he is out to get revenge on Shaggy.

- This is the first time one of the protagonists is shown to be romantically involved with another character officially. This being Shaggy dating two girls at the same time, a mistake for which he needed Scooby's help to make right.
- Despite Shaggy being open about dating both girls at the same time, neither of them are shown to be upset about it. This is likely a case of non-exclusive casual dating, which is done before one becomes exclusive with a partner they are serious about.
