The dog groomer was the secondary human disguise of Cluemaster.
Physical appearance[]
The dog groomer was a well built adult man with combed brown hair. He wore a white apron with black dog paws on it over a light blue short sleeve shirt and jeans.
Personality[]
He's calm, and was confused, but excepted on having to do Shaggy's hair instead of Scooby's coat as he refused to have him do it because of his fear and hatred for dog grooming.

He was visited by the gang and had Shaggy as the one he had to do work with his hair, as Scooby refused to have his coat washed do to his hatred for dog grooming. As the rest of the gang found a trail of paw prints and followed them out, not caring that they left Shaggy behind, he kept him in place for a little bit just to shampoo his hair and add finishing touches before letting him leave.
The totally legit dog groomer unmasked.
He was later unmasked as Vince, a supposed security guard of the Huntingstun Library, and a police officer of the GCPD and presumed to be the one who framed the gang with theft of valuable items, but was really a disguise worn by the Cluemaster, a puzzle-based supervillain.
