The doctor lived in a village in Papua New Guinea.
Physical appearance[]
The doctor is a middle aged man with black stripes on his face. He wore a mahogany headpiece with red feathers on the top, a necklace and rings, and a long red skirt.
Personality[]
He seemed to be a relatively chill person who was also a bit secretive as he wanted to have a private conversation in the House of Spirits. In reality, he's selfish and greedy, driving away people from the village he lived in so he could get rich selling it to the construction company so they could build hotels on the land.
History[]
Scooby-Doo! World of Mystery[]
Both him and the Chief greeted the gang when they arrived to the village, Fred goes to ask the chief on what he called them over for, the doctor says they should head over to the House of Spirits to talk. Before closing the door on Daphne and Velma as girls were prohibited on entering.
Inside the house, he seated Fred and Shaggy down and handed them two cups of water to drink, they asked about the house, which the chief explains it's called that do to there being actual spirits that live within everything, and the room they were in was filled with the important ones and they attacked the village whenever they came to life. (Which ended up happening shortly after the explanation, leading to the doctor to run out of the road).
He was seen by the gang when they returned to the village (who they thought was a random villager), going to a barrel of water and putting some sort of potion into the thing, and followed him back to the spirit house. Understanding the truth on how the things were coming to life.

Doctor gets revealed.
He was later discovered as the one responsible after trying to scare the gang back out while wearing a log disguise, he had been trying to scare everyone from the area so he could buy the land and sell it to the construction company so hotels could be built in the area.
