Doc Tally was the founder of Doc Tally's.
Physical appearance[]
As depicted in his restaurant's advertising, Doc Tally was a plump man with brown skin. He wore a collared shirt and black bow tie around his neck. He also wore a red jacket with notch lapels and a black belt with a burger-shaped buckle. He wears a red sombrero on his head.
Personality[]
Doc Tally never made a personal appearance, so not much is known about his personality. However, one of his surviving sons, Bill Tally, described him as having "burgers in the blood." This suggests that his father was preoccupied with his business. However, this is neither confirmed or denied as Bill had hatred against his late father for leaving the family business to Rick Tally.
History[]
Early life[]
Doc Tally was the founder of the Doc Tally's restaurant chain named after himself. However, after his death, he entrusted the business to one of his two sons, Rick Tally. His other son, Bill Tally, did not receive any part of the business, and this led him to carry out revenge against his late father, sabotaging the business to the verge of bankruptcy.
Legacy[]
Doc Tally's decision not to give the business to Bill led to Bill creating the Spectral Speedster disguise to sabotage the restaurant's 70th anniversary race.
