Detective Storm arrived at the Sugar Plum Candy Company factory, at the request of Cass Elliot to arrest Mr. Crink and Sterling Smith. Though he believed Cass that there were Green Globs haunting her factory, he found it hard to believe that they were captured in a pair of giant sundaes. After the unmasking, he explained to everyone that Sterling was a gold swindler who recently robbed a bank.
Later, he is seen eating with Mr. Franklin and the gang at the celebratory/thank you dinner hosted by Cass.
