Detective Rowan is a young man with brown hair combed upwards. He wears a grey blazer over a white dress shirt and a black necktie, as well as grey pants and brown shoes.
Personality[]
Rowan frequently jokes that his status as a detective is completely undeserved, as he took credit for the work of Mystery Inc. He openly acknowledges that he lacks the investigative skills needed for his role, so he relied on Fred to solve the crime. However, he still has no shame in taking credit for other people's work, doing it a second time as he arrested Dr. Blum.
History[]
Early life[]
Officer Rowan collaborated with Mystery Inc. to investigate a broccoli monster attacking Velasco. While Mystery Inc. caught the culprit, Rowan turned him in and took credit for the capture, and was subsequently promoted to detective.

Season two[]
As Mystery Inc. revisited Velasco, they met with Detective Rowan to investigate a break-in at the Meldon Archeological Science Laboratory. Rowan, acknowledging he could not solve the crime on his own, asked Mystery Inc. for help. After Fred caught Dr. Blum, a scientist at the laboratory, as the culprit, Rowan arrested him, intending to take credit for the arrest and hoping to become mayor.
