Under his helpful demeanor, he secretly hated all the extra attention he had to give to the town because of the tourism.
History[]
LEGO Scooby-Doo! Blowout Beach Bash[]
He and the Sheriff wanted to ruin tourism in Blowout Beach so they wouldn't have to work so hard. They sabotaged a rollercoaster by removing pieces from it and turning it into furniture to cover their tracks. After Daphne explains their actions, they are soon arrest with the other culprits by the cop from earlier after being convinced by Dr. Najib to attend the bash.
