The Demon Farmer was the disguise of Neville Poppenbacher, who was under the alias Farmer P.
Physical appearance[]
The Demon Farmer is an emaciated, zombie-like humanoid beast with pale green skin, long brown hair, an abnormally-large mouth with sharp teeth, and white eyes with no pupils. He wore ragged blue overalls with a gray, long-sleeved shirt underneath, a torn straw hat, and brown boots. His right hand has been replaced with a farmer's scythe with the blade facing outwards and he wore a brown glove over his left hand.
Personality[]
The Demon Farmer was a hostile monster who attacked victims by chasing, trying to harm Scooby, the gang and the Secret Six on numerous occasions with his scythe. He did not speak, instead letting out a monstrous growl. He tended to attack with an element of surprise, appearing by suddenly bursting out of a haystack or through a wall. His actions also damaged property as he crashed into several objects with his tractor.
Equipment[]
The Demon Farmer had a sharp scythe in place of a right hand. He also often rode on a grimly-decorated tractor.
History[]
What's New, Scooby-Doo?[]
Season three[]
The Demon Farmer was the disguise of Neville Poppenbacher, the owner of a popcorn brand, Poppenbacher's Popcorn. Poppenbacher heard that Jonas Sulk, farmhand of Mr. B, was developing a prototype popcorn-on-the-cob which would rival his brand if it were to be released. So, he used the disguise to infiltrate Mr. B's farm, break into the laboratory, and destroy the prototype. He targetted the Secret Six puppies as they were trained to reveal the code to unlock the laboratory door. He also attacked Mystery Inc. while they were on the road, and later destroyed security footage depicting the Demon Farmer.

Poppenbacher unmasked.
While speaking with Mystery Inc., Poppenbacher posed as Farmer P, Mr. B's neighbor, and claimed that the Demon Farmer was the ghost of Farmer Terwilliger, who was killed by malevolent spirits for building the farm on an ancient burial site. However, Mr. B denied having a neighbor, being completely unaware of Farmer P's existence. Eventually, Mystery Inc. captured the Demon Farmer after Fred crashed the Mystery Machine into his tractor, knocking him out of the vehicle. Poppenbacher was unmasked, exposed for his crimes, and presumably handed to authorities for his crimes.
