It's a large red demon head with curved horns, black eyes, a blue and purple triangle nose and large sharp teeth. It also had short arms and feet.

Shaggy reminisced the first mystery they solved when he and the gang were babies, before Scooby recently ran away, he unintentionally stopped a monster by himself when it scared them at a park, and it was revealed to be Red Herring. Fred would never forget about the event as it became the reason why he would suspect Red behind every single case they go to solve.
