Dean Drabwell devised a plan to scare Grumper into selling his land to him.
Physical appearance[]
Dean is an adult male with black hair, he is only seen wearing his tar monster costume.
Personality[]
He's a greedy man, who was desperate on buying Grumper's land because of it being worth a fortune.
History[]
He had been buying various plots of land around the area and only had a swamp that was worth a fortune in buying left to get, but he was thwarted from getting it do to old man Grumper preventing him from doing so because he cared about his land quite a lot.
This of course led to him deciding to try and scare him into signing his land to him, by dressing up as a Tar monster.
His wife was his accomplice, as she dressed up as a zombie to aid him in executing the plan. With this great master plan, he was going to get the old man to sign his land over to him.
Dean unmasked.
He nearly had his signature, too, until the meddling kids came and poked their noses around.
