David Coulier is an American stand-up comic, impressionist, screen and voice actor, and television host, best known for playing Joey Gladstone on the ABC sitcom Full House, in which he is a Scooby-Doo fan and imitates the voice on one ocassion. He also provided the voice of Peter Venkman for The Real Ghostbusters.
