Dark Lilith was the second disguise of Hot Dog Water (Marcie Fleach). It shared the same "super-helium" technology as her first costume of the manticore. It was used in a gambit to draw out Mystery Incorporated and get them to locate a section of the Planispheric Disk.

Physical appearance[]

Dark Lilith is a female humanoid demon with elements of a gargoyle, a succubus, and a serpent. She is marked by her massive red and black leathery bat wings, short yet wild brown hair with a pair of curled horns, pale skin, and red scales going down the front of her throat, as well as glowing orange eyes.

The demoness wears a black and red strapless top, a flowing red loincloth-style skirt, thigh-high and high-heeled black boots, and opera-length black gloves, which may be attached to her top. The demonic head/hair/horns/eyes are, in fact, a full helmet or mask. She exposes her belly and shoulders.

Personality[]

Dark Lilith has personality traits like a banshee shrieking about doom. She was also incredibly destructive, destroying anything in her way.

Powers and abilities[]

  • Flight: Marcie repurposed her old manticore super-helium technology to give herself flight as Dark Lilith.
  • Super-strength: Some of the manticore's powered armor must have gone into giving her superhuman upper-body strength, enough to toss Fred around.

Season two[]

Dark Lilith unmasked as Hot Dog Water

Hot Dog Water unmasked.

Mr. E sent Marcie to Mount Diabla to search the Spanish Galleon for its piece of the Planispheric Disk. She disguised herself as Dark Lilith and attacked Ethan and Gary while they attempted to climb the mountain to lure the gang to the it and use Fred Jones to get past the traps for her. She attacked the both when they arrived at Scorpion Wells and later while they traversed an abandoned mine-track. She later stalked them until they led her to the Santa Lucia, there she attacked the gang and tried to steal the piece after Fred had defused the traps. However, when she attempted to flee, Velma tied a rope to her, so she ended up pulling the ship off the mountain, and was unwillingly pulled along, until the ship crashed into Scorpion Wells. She managed to free herself after the crash and tried to run away with the piece, but Velma, who now recognised her both due to her smell and the fact her costume had ripped, revealing Marcie's skinny leg and stripped socking, asked her to stop. Marcie then unmasked herself and explained her plan to Velma, apologizing to her and giving her the piece as proof of their friendship She then said farewell to Velma and used the suit's abilities to escape into the sunset, fleeing both Mystery Inc. and the wrath of Mr. E.

Notes/trivia[]

  • "Lilith" is a female demon figure in Judeo-Christian mythology, supposedly the primordial she-demon (and, alternately, first wife of Adam). The monster here, however, is called Dark Lilith, although it's still credited as "Lilith" in the cast credits.
