Daphne Blake and Scrappy-Doo are friends and teammates of Mystery Inc. They later formed the second incarnation of the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency along with Scooby-Doo and Shaggy Rogers.
Dynamic
Daphne and Scrappy are good friends during their time traveling. When Daphne was a reporter, Scrappy usually accompanied her whenever the gang split-up during a mystery.
History
Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (first series)
When Scrappy caught the gang by mistake, Scrappy asked if they weren't willing to put him in the kennel for a mistake, to which Daphne replied that she wouldn't and forgave him. She was about to kiss him on the cheek before he ran off in pursuit of the alien. (Strange Encounters of a Scooby Kind)
Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy suspected Daphne of being a vampire, due to an uncanny resemblance and the true culprit using her as a patsy.
In the end when she's exonerated, all three apologize and Scrappy asks if she feels better. Daphne says she does and pets him thankfully. (I Left My Neck in San Francisco )
