Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase[]

The Cyber Gang was the player characters of the Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase game. However, they refused to beat level 10 since they enjoyed the city setting and did not want to replay the game as they had somehow managed to figure out that beating it would send them back to level 1. They were hanging out in the malt shop when the real Mystery Inc. hid in the Malt Shop from the Phantom Virus. They decide to help their real-life counterparts by showing them where the box of Scooby Snax was located within CyberLand. After taking them to the pier, they encountered the level's enemies for the first time which included the JaguaroGator Ghoul, the Tar MonsterOld Iron Face, and the Creeper who seem to be working for the Virus, and after subduing the villains, the Cyber gang stayed outside while the real ones proceeded into the arcade to obtain the final Scooby Snax, only to be attacked by the virus. Eventually, Cyber Scooby entered the arcade and distracted the virus long enough while the real one grabbed it, finishing the game once and for all. After the gang was sent back to the real world and went to the Malt Shop, the Cyber Gang sent an email of them greeting to their real-life selves.[1]

Appearances[]

Notes/trivia[]

  • During the scene where both the real and cyber Mystery Inc. were running from the virus, it can clearly be seen that the cyber gang were running in the style their original incarnation did in the opening credits.
  • Notably every time the cyber gang speaks, their voices have an electronic reverb to them. This is likely do to them being digital creations, although this does not apply to most characters in the video game.
  • Cyber Fred, Cyber Daphne, and Cyber Velma looked very close to their SDWAY designs, while Cyber Shaggy had a red shirt and blue pants like the "real-world" counterpart's did in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-DooScooby-Doo Meets the Boo Brothers, Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School, and Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf, and Cyber Scooby-Doo was a darker color, and had a red collar. But overall, like the original incarnation, Scooby was the only one with sclera in his eyes, while the others had no sclera.
