The Creeper was one of the bosses in the final level of Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase, and one of the minions of the Phantom Virus.
Physical appearance[]
Just like his real-world counterpart, the Creeper is a green-skinned, yellow-eyed phantom/zombie.
Personality[]
He had a violent temper just like his real-world counterpart.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase[]
He was the first monster that both the real and cyber gang encountered while running from the Phantom Virus. He chased after them, moaning "Creeper". He was later seen at the Haunted House where he chase both Daphnes, Luckily, real world Daphne trapped him in the basement of the house. He was seen again in a saloon where both Daphnes dressed like saloon girls, dressed him like a cowboy, and tricked him into holding a flash powder that exploded in his face when the flash went off. He appeared one last time along with the other monsters to capture the cyber gang, only to disappear after the real one got the Scooby Snacks.

- Unlike his "real world" self in the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! episode Jeepers, It's the Creeper, he repeatedly moans "Creeper", as opposed to "Paper" in his original appearance, referring to a photograph revealing his identity.
- The Creeper is the only classic monster to originate from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! The rest all originate from The Scooby-Doo Show.
- He is based on the Creeper from the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You episode Jeepers, It's the Creeper.
