History

Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf

Dracula was the host of a car race featuring all of the famous monsters. However, his main star, the Werewolf, had retired from racing. As a result, he was forced to find a new werewolf, and turned Shaggy Rogers into a werewolf.

Shaggy however didn't want to remain a werewolf, so Dracula made a deal: if Shaggy won the race, Dracula would turn him back to normal, and have him, and his friends, taken home. Dracula, though, decided to do what he could to prevent Shaggy from winning, changing the course, sabotaging his car, setting up traps, and even kidnapping his friends.

In spite of this, Shaggy won, but Dracula refused to honor the deal. Scooby-Doo managed to steal Dracula's Book of Monsters and the group ran off, with Dracula and the Hunch Bunch in pursuit.

Shortly after Shaggy is turned back to normal by Googie, Dracula secretly spied with the Hunch Bunch, outside of Shaggy's window, apparently planning to get his revenge.
