Count Dracula is a vampire who hosts the annual Monster Rally race. He has a girlfriend, Vanna Pira.
Dracula is a male humanoid, with green skin, black hair, red eyes, and signature fangs. He wears a large red and black cape with a blue bow tie and a dark grey suit.
He is short tempered and gets annoyed when Vanna Pira doesn't get his jokes. He also is willing to go back on his word.
Powers and abilities
Though he is a vampire, he is unaffected by sunlight and water, though he wears sunscreen so that he doesn't get burned by the former. He can turn himself into a bat.
Scooby-Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf
Dracula was the host of a car race featuring all of the famous monsters. However, his main star, the Werewolf, had retired from racing. As a result, he was forced to find a new werewolf, and turned Shaggy Rogers into a werewolf.
Shaggy however didn't want to remain a werewolf, so Dracula made a deal: if Shaggy won the race, Dracula would turn him back to normal, and have him, and his friends, taken home. Dracula, though, decided to do what he could to prevent Shaggy from winning, changing the course, sabotaging his car, setting up traps, and even kidnapping his friends.
Shortly after Shaggy is turned back to normal by Googie, Dracula secretly spied with the Hunch Bunch, outside of Shaggy's window, apparently planning to get his revenge.
- There was also a Dracula in the preceding film, although he seems to be no connection.
- Of the 'real' Draculas, he turns out to be the meanest.
