Count Dracula is the father of Sibella.
Physical appearance[]
Count Dracula is purple-skinned like his daughter, and wears a black, white and dark red evening suit with a gold medallion around his neck and a black-and-red cape. His vampire fangs are easily visible when he speaks.
Personality[]
Count Dracula speaks with a classic Transylvania accent, replacing the "w" at the beginning of some words with "v". He cares deeply for his daughter, Sibella, which he makes clear to Shaggy and Scooby, warning them that if anything happens to her, they will face his unforgiving wrath should he find out. He also shows respect and compassion for his fellow monsters when he offers his cape as a raincoat for Tanis’s father when they arrive for the Grimwood Open House.
Powers and abilities[]
He can turn into a bat. Also, as is a common trait of vampires, his reflection isn't visible in a mirror.
History[]
Scooby-Doo and the Ghoul School[]
He visited his daughter at Miss Grimwood's Finishing School for Ghouls during its open house and seemed pleased to meet Shaggy Rogers, Scooby-Doo, and Scrappy-Doo. However, as he left, he warned Shaggy and Scooby to take good care of Sibella. If they failed, they would face his wrath alongside those of the other fathers. He attended the final celebration dance after Sibella and the other girls were rescued from Revolta.

Notes/trivia[]
- More than one vampire might adopt this name, made famous by the Bram Stoker novel. There is no reason to assume that this Dracula is identical with the one who turned Shaggy into a werewolf. This would account for the lack of any references to that incident by this Dracula (or vice-versa, if the other event came later).
