The Cotton-Candy Monsters were the disguises of a science genius kid and his two henchmen.
Physical appearance[]
They were humanoid and made out of pink cotton candy. They had hollow, black eyes.
Personality[]
They all have the hostility of throwing pieces of themselves at their victims, and life risk to get others when chasing them across very high areas.

Science genius kid and henchmen unmasked.
The kid wanted to ruin Mr. Tonklin's carnival in revenge for being fired. He thought his genius with chemicals could have improved the snacks, but Tonklin said even a genius couldn't improve a hot dog. He and his friends wore scuba suits and covered themselves in cotton candy to disguise themselves.
