Season two[]
Cloyd brought Mystery Inc. to Antarctica to return a penguin, Little Pete, to its natural habitat. They arrived at Cape Dart Way Station, but found the location deserted. They spoke with the only person there, Monroe Hopper, and learned of a fish monster that attacked the station. While they investigated the attacks, they also searched for the missing penguins. Cloyd lamented that human activity in the region displaced the penguin population. Velma suspected her of posing as the monster as she would have a valid motive for committing the crime, scaring humans away from the area to protect the Antarctic environment. However, she was later found innocent after Mystery Inc. instead incriminated Hopper as the fish monster. Cloyd departed with Mystery Inc. and engineer Linda Rauch, though she intended to return to Antarctica to further protect the environment.
