Personality[]
He was welcoming, and gave hopes for whatever the gang came to find at the Toy Fair. He seemed very unaware that the place he's running was suffering a monster problem, but got generous with a donation after the gang put an end to the culprits plan.

He welcomed Fred and the gang for arriving at the Toy Fair, giving hopes for whatever they find what they were looking for.
Later on, it turned out the gang ended up solving a mystery at his Toy Fair which revealed that one of the security guards were causing a ruckus by dressing as a Drow. He thanked the gang for putting an end to the guards plan, and gave a generous donation to their toy drive.
