- The story "How I Spent My Winter Break" states that the gang live on different cities each; meaning that by that story, they're not all Coolsville-citizens.
- In "Big House Brouhaha" the gang are said to have always lived in Big City.
- The stories "The Goal Line Ghost of Terrible Terry", "Project Rainbow and the Poughkeepsie Experiment" and "The Case of the Haunted Huddle" (and perhaps even "Clueless!") all suggest that the gang lives in a town called "Clevertown".
